We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict return policy with limited eligibility.
Returns Eligibility
Because our products are intended for laboratory and research use only, we must handle returns with caution. To maintain product integrity and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations:
- We only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns of opened, unsealed, or used items under any circumstances.
To request a return, contact us at help@synergetics.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed peptides
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards
- Any items showing signs of tampering or damage after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can investigate and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
UK Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless an exemption applies (e.g., the product is sealed for hygiene reasons and has been unsealed).
Due to the nature of our products, this cancellation right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to an address in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This right does not apply to sealed items once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.
